Chocolate Roll Cake





1. Sift flour, baking soda, and cocoa powder.
2. Stir the egg, add sugar, and double boil. (45 degrees)
3. After whipping the egg dough, add flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda and mix lightly when ivory turns color.
4. Add lukewarm water and milk and mix.
5. Spread paper on a pan, pour the dough, and spread the top evenly using a scraper.
6. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven over 180 cm above and 160 cm below heat.
7. Make garache. (Boil whipped cream, mix dark chocolate, and add rum.)
8. Spray water to remove the paper from the cake.
9. Spread the baked cake on the work table with wet cotton cloth, cool it, and apply ganache on the top.
10. Use a rolling pin to make it.
