Cheese Cakes





1. Apply melted butter with a brush on the cake mold and coat it with sugar.
2. Sift the medium flour.
3. Separate the eggs into yolk and white.
4. Whip butter and cream cheese, add sugar (A), mix until ivory and add yolk.
5. Add milk, rum, and lemon juice.
6. Make meringue by adding sugar (B) to the white three times.
7. Add 1/2 of the meringue to the cheese dough, add medium flour, and mix the remaining 1/2 of the meringue.
8. Pan the dough 60% on the cake mold, add 1/3 of lukewarm water, and bake it in a double boiling method at 150 degrees above heat and 150 degrees below heat for 50 minutes.
