| Quiche |
Quiche is a local dish in Alsace and Lauren, France, made using eggs and cream.
In a bowl made of pie dough and tart dough, eggs, whipped cream, minced meat or asparagus are added with vegetables and baked in an oven with plenty of aged cheese.
I made Quiche for the first time. Sausage, spinach, button mushrooms, and onions were added as toppings, but next time, I will add other ingredients to make it.
